By creating a bk365 account, accessing the bk365 platform, or placing any bet or wager through bk365.asia, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This acceptance is a prerequisite to using any bk365 service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bk365 relating to the subject matter herein.

If you are accessing bk365 on behalf of a third party or using another person's account, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms and that both you and the account holder accept these Terms.

The bk365 platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. bk365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to use bk365:

• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with any gambling operator or regulatory body with jurisdiction over your use of bk365.
• You must not have previously had a bk365 account closed for fraudulent activity or a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each player may hold only one (1) bk365 account. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering a bk365 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number where requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered information and must update it promptly if it changes.

bk365 may conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change to account details. KYC verification may require submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where applicable. Failure to complete KYC verification when required may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk365 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. bk365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

bk365 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20 deposits, which are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. bk365 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources and to return funds to the originating account if a third-party deposit is identified.

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: 15–45 minutes for KYC-verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan, Bank Alfalah): 15 minutes to 6 hours depending on bank processing times.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to TRON network confirmation times, typically under 5 minutes.

bk365 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or confirmation of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.

All bets and wagers placed on the bk365 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the relevant betting or casino section of the bk365 platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

bk365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where it can be demonstrated that the Player exploited a technical fault or pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's bk365 balance.

For cricket and sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the bk365 sportsbook. PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, Tests, UFC, boxing, and other markets each carry specific settlement rules including handling of abandoned matches, walkovers, and event cancellations.

Casino game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for RNG games, or by live dealing procedures for live dealer games. bk365 game results are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.

bk365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. bk365 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonus funds from any Player where it determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms has occurred. In such cases, any winnings derived from the abused bonus may also be voided.

• Players may not hold bonus funds in their account without wagering them in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• Bonus terms may differ between JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 deposit methods.
• bk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk365 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one bk365 account (multi-accounting).
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the bk365 platform.
• Colluding with other Players at the live casino tables or in any poker or game show format.
• Using insider information or match-fixing arrangements to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Conducting transactions through the bk365 platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account registration information.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors on the bk365 platform.
• Sharing access to your bk365 account with any third party, whether for payment purposes or otherwise.

All content on the bk365 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of bk365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk365 platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any bk365 content without prior written consent from bk365. The bk365 name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any manner without express written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bk365 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bk365 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free of errors, nor that defects will be corrected. Scheduled maintenance and technical interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time. bk365 will use reasonable efforts to minimise service disruptions but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Where bk365's liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of bk365 to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan and internationally. We provide the following tools within your bk365 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your bk365 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict your maximum net loss over a defined period.

• Account holder requests self-exclusion.
• Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• bk365 receives a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not attributable to Player misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable processing period. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations may be forfeited in full.

bk365 may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the bk365.asia website. Where an amendment materially affects Player rights, bk365 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of bk365 following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk365 is incorporated and licensed, without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits bk365's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
